BY PAYING FOR THIS GARMENT YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALTERATIONS & REIMBURSEMENT
1. Any alterations must be done with in the same week (7 days) of receiving the garment.
2. Dionicio’s Closet will cover UP TO $50 dollars in alterations with proof of alteration costs (picture of receipt).If ALTERATION FEES are above $50, client is responsible for the difference. Payment will be sent via Pay Pal, Apple Pay or in some cases Cash app.
If any discount was applied at purchase the client is responsible for any and all alterations.
3. If garment no longer fits due to weight gain or loss, Dionicio’s Closet will not be responsible for and will not reimburse your alterations.
4. If the pants or suit do not fit even after alterations, Dionicio’s Closet will make a new one free of charge once the original suit is sent back and a tracking number is provided.
5. All sales are final no refunds All items sold on VIA DioniciosCloset are Made to Order and can not be returned.
All purchases are considered final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged

7. All sales are final custom garments are non refundable.
1. Dionicio’s Closet is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
ONCE DIONICIOS SENDS THE TRACKING NUMBER WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ITEM.
2. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; CLIENT ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM VIA FEDEX USPS UPS ECT
3. Dionicio’s Closet is not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected, if client places an order and shipping address is a forwarding address client is responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate shipment.
4. Dionicio’s Closet is also not responsible for weather related damage or delays after shipment.
5. Please make sure address is correct before placing order Dionicio’s Closet will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
6.If package is returned client is responsible to contact Dionicio’s Closet with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service.
7. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing order, Dionicio’s Closet will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on client’s part or returned shipments.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Dionicios Closet will only hold garments for 60 days after completion. If the client fails to make the remaining payment and pick up their garment within that time frame, his or her garment is subject to resale or an inconvenience fee of $100 is added to the remaining balance, after 30 days $50 will be applied each month.
Absolutely no refunds on custom garments.
