FAQs



Dionicios Closet creates each garment using our client's specific measurements.
All quoted prices includes the sourcing and purchasing of high-quality fabrics and notions, delivery of the agreed upon design, and one complimentary alteration. Any alterations must be done with in the same week (7 days) of receiving the garment. Beyond the 7 days you are responsible for your alterations.

We will cover UP TO $50 dollars in alterations fees with proof of alteration costs (picture of receipt) if alterations are above the complimentary $50 alterations the client is responsible for the difference. Payment will be sent via Pay Pal, Apple Pay or in some cases Cash app. If any discount was applied at purchase the client is responsible for any and all alterations.

If garment no longer fits due to weight gain or loss, Dionicio’s Closet will not be responsible for and will not reimburse your alterations. If the pants or suit do not fit even after alterations, we will make a new one free of charge once the original suit is sent back and a tracking number is provided. The turn around time will be 3 to 5 weeks.

We advise dry cleaning.

Fabric

In some cases we will send a photo of our fabric options to our clients via text or email. All of our fabrics are numbered and are taken under photography lighting in our studio. Once We take the photos of our fabrics in the studio with our photography lighting, the client is responsible for the choice that they make that day. Once you agree to the desired fabric which is numbered any changes will be at cost to the client. Keep in mind fabrics are subject to change in different lighting environments, we are not responsible for these conditions.

If the client sends a reference photo or fabric we will do our best to match what the client sends. We can not guarantee that it will be exact. We will match it as best as we can. Once you approve the options that we send to you via text or email. We will move forward with the design based on what you have chosen and approved.

Anything added that is not listed in the final contractual agreement is subject to additional fees, of which 100% is due immediately.

Custom garments under $599.99 require full payment. On garments over $599.99, a 60% deposit of the total quoted price is required only if the client isn’t able to pay in full at the time of purchase. Deposits or consultation fee’s must be paid before the time measurements are taken. Inquiries and consultations do not hold slots. Deposits are nonrefundable. Due to changes in demand and material cost, all quoted prices are only valid for 30 days.

The remaining 40%, including the quoted shipping and tax rates, if applicable, is due by the final fitting or prior to shipping once the clients approves the garment.
( ie: via text or email once we send you a picture of the suit or video )


Dionicio’s Closet is not responsible for lost packages during transit.
Once we sends the tracking number via FedEx,UPS,U.S.P.S we are no longer
responsible for your item, please call customer care. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; the client is responsible to file a claim via FedEx ect.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected, if our client places an order and the shipping address is a forwarding address client is responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate shipment. We are also not responsible for weather related damage or delays after shipment.

Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order. Dionicio’s Closet will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. If the package is returned the client is responsible to contact Dionicio’s Closet with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service at cost. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Turn around time

Turn around time is typically 3 1/2 to 6 weeks, unless rushed or otherwise noted before payment.

Shoes turnaround time is 6 weeks not including our manufactures holidays time.
Turnaround time varies during busy seasons. We will notify you prior to payment.

Payments can be made with a major debit or credit card in person or through a personal custom order link via Square.

Late Fee

Late minute orders are at risk to the custom as time may vary due to Mother Nature or delays with shipping. We at Dionicios Closet can’t control shipping. Rush orders are subject to a $150-$500 charge depending on the order.

Measurements

We at Dionicios Closet are able to take your measurements once the consultation is paid in full. We take measurements in person and over video chat via Zoom or FaceTime. Once you the client have acquired a measuring tape we can guide you with the measurements. If you decided to go else where to get your measurement ie: menswear house, or your local tailor we can send you what we need as far as measurements are considering. However due to the fact that we are not able to over see the measurements any alterations will not be covered. We strongly suggest you to video chat with us so that we can over see the measurements being taken.


Dionicios Closet will only hold garments for 60 days after completion. If the client fails to make the remaining payment and pick up their garment within that time frame, his or her garment is subject to resale or an inconvenience fee of $100 is added to the remaining balance, after 30 days $50 will be applied each month.
Absolutely no refunds on custom garments.
